She is the financial advisor for Christian Business Talk Radio, has provided online financial guidance for The Virtual Divas, NetworkingforHer, Christian Ladies Connect, FOCUHS Finances (which was a yahoo group she started for Homeschool parents), Virtual Assistant Network Association and more.

Dr. Wagner developed an entrepreneur finances course for new entrepreneurs, an entrepreneur course for military spouses seeking to start their own business and virtual assistants entrepreneur.She believes in businesses being financially successful and not ill-equipped financially for success. She recognized that many home-based business owners started their business with personal finances and were not good money managers. Therefore, they repeated the same pattern with business finances that they experienced in their personal finances setting their business on a path of failure.
